Upon inspection, a blade was discovered embedded within the 10 rupee soap bar, causing a significant injury. The child's father, Angad Singh Tomar, immediately lodged a complaint with the Consumer Forum on Tuesday. The family purchased the soap from a local store, Mohit Kirana Store, on May 21st, along with their groceries.
