MP Ashoknagar Mahua lahan seizure; big bust!

In a pre-dawn raid at 5 AM on Friday, a team led by Excise Sub-Inspector Suresh Singh Raghavanshi successfully seized a massive 11,000 liters of Mahua lahan (fermented Mahua liquor) near Madhogarh village in Ashoknagar district. The operation, conducted under the guidance of District Excise Officer G.P. Kewat, uncovered 30 plastic and iron containers hidden amongst the bushes along a riverbank. The total estimated value of the confiscated Mahua lahan and the small quantity of hand-made liquor seized alongside, is a staggering 16.50 lakh. The seized lahan was immediately destroyed on-site.
